This project explores the concept of healing through performance, with a focus on using glass as a material for artistic expression. The process involves infusing emotional blockages into the glass sculpture, then breaking it down using a hammer, followed by a repetitive graining action and blending it into a green smoothie. The final step is burying the remains. The project resulted in a participatory performance, a documentation, and a method. The performance is intended to be a cleansing experience, allowing anyone to become the protagonist and work through their inner conflicts. This work was done in collaboration with a psychoanalyst and a sound artist.
